Featuring the all new MC_JL5A by Jin Lun. The JL5A is a compact, street legal, gas power motor scooter. It is legal to operate in all 50 states. The JL5A has a single cylinder, air cooled, 50 cc, 4 stroke engine. Featuring an automatic CVT type transmission.
On the JL5A you will find standard features such a split tri-spoke 10 inch premium alloy wheels with 3 inch wide tires for maximum stability. As well as a front hydraulic disc brake with a two piston caliber. A safe and affordable option, the JL5A can reach a top speed of 37+ MPH. With a one gallon fuel tank you can expect to get up to 100 MPG.
The JL5A offers a comfortable up-right riding position. It is easily started via the standard kick start as well as the effortless one button electric started. Other features include a high flow exhaust with a light weight aluminum canister. Design with style in mind the JL5A incorporates an easy to read instrument panel with speedometer and fuel gage. As well as large front headlights that remains on at all times to increase visibility and safety.

We offer a one year warranty on Motor and frame. Buyers are required basic repair skills such as using general tools; replacing nuts and bolts, filters, light bulbs, fluids, etc. The warranty is effective only if:
◊The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
◊The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
Free Registration documentation:
We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.

Some Assembly required:
Usually takes about 10-20 minutes. The Bike are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Battery, handle bar, trunk and the rear mirror are removed after testing. Item will be shipped in a crate, to assemble, put the above items back on. For safety precautions, be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use any additional questions, please call our tech support at toll FREE 1-888-839-7088. (Local pick-ups optional assembly available!)
Remember! You are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as putting on rear view mirrors, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. While we will gladly assist you with any technical questions.
