◊ The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
Free Registration documentation:
We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.
Fully Per-Assembly:
This Item comes 99% assembled (battery set up, mirrors and minor adjustments may be required). Be sure to tighten all screws and check for appropriate levels of engine fluid prior to operation. Warranty is valid straight from the box.

Some Assembly required:
Usually takes about 10-20 minutes. The Bike are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Battery and the rear mirror are removed after testing. Item will be shipped in a crate, to assemble, put the above items back on. For safety precautions, be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use any additional questions, please call our tech support at toll FREE 1-888-839-7088.
Remember! You are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as putting on rear mirrors, trunk, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. While we will gladly assist you with any technical questions.
