The MSO is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.

Some Assembly required: Usually takes about 10-20 minutes. The Bike are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Battery and the rear mirror are removed after testing. Remember! You are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as putting on Front Windshield and the Mirrors, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed.
